I'm Holly Dale, a trainee on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology programme at the University of Oxford. My doctoral research focuses on therapeutic relationships in psychosis.
My current vignette study explores perspectives on the relationship between therapists and people with psychosis. This is an important and under-researched area that can shape how therapy is experienced.
The study invites adults with current or past experience of psychosis to share their perspective through a 25-minute online survey.
The research forms part of the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsych) at the University of Oxford. I am the Principal Investigator, and Dr Lorna Hogg at the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training and Research is the Chief Investigator.
I will submit the findings as part of my doctoral thesis, with an academic journal publication planned after the study is complete.
